• bugfix: vtu-writer produced files which where rejected by the newest Paraview-Version (5.8.0) because types of the connectivity- and offsets-DataArrays in the cells-section where not identical.
• support for bzip2-compression can now be disabled when compiling with -DNO_BZIP2.
