[ FEAT ] Implemented Eyeshot of vp

- eyeshot counts links seen by VPs
- eyeshot counts AS seen by VPs

open question: What to do about unsure peers?

Motivation:
  - Getting an overview which VP sees which connections
  - create an example template for other researchers
  - implemeting helper functions to sanitize data
  - using helper functions to clean as path prepending

- create src directory and put all scripts there
- run script via bash file

  - run script via simple command line call

How:
  - add argparse
  - add proper logging
  - -c argument to set collector
  - -t argument to set timestamp
