Motivation
- create src directory and put all scripts there
- run script via bash file

  - run script via simple command line call

How:
  - add argparse
  - add proper logging
  - -c argument to set collector
  - -t argument to set timestamp

		Basic stuff added

		updated for tooling usage and functionality

	new file:   config.py
		Stores all constants needed by multiple sources

	new file:   fetch_data_route_collectors.py
		Handles bgpstream stuff, and fetches data

	new file:   requirements.txt
		Updates with pandas and so on

	new file:   storage.py
		Stores to csv
