fixed mixed riemanniansolver issues

Two small changes in mixedriemanniantrsolver.cc

Changes involves fix value 3 where blockSize0/1 should be appropiate. This will allow Manifolds where not both are living on 3d manifold. Furthermore, one appropiate? change from CorrectionType0 to CorrectionType1.
