Use the assembleGlobalBasisTransferMatrix() method for transfer operators from dune-fufuem

Jaap, Patrick requested to merge jaap/dune-plasticity:use-fufem-basisinterpolation into master

It constructs explicit fine/coarse grid functions (P0/P1) and uses a generic assembler from fufem to compute the transfer matrix.

The dependency on dune-fufem is now added to dune.module
