NonplanarCosseratShellEnergy: Use CosseratShellDensity object

The NonplanarCosseratShellEnergy class contains a reimplementation of
the energy density of CosseratShellDensity.  The code is much easier
to understand and maintain if the density implementation of
CosseratShellDensity is used instead.
